Quinn is a life-long Philadelphia who grew up in Northern Liberties, attended Friends Select School, and received a Bachelor of Sciences degree from Temple University. Prior to opening the company, Quinn spent 15 years learning the trade by working in a design-build architectural firm under his mentor, Carl Massara, and doing tenant fit-outs at 2401 Walnut Street. He then shifted his focus to larger projects in real estate development, high-end custom home renovations, and retail and restaurant construction.
Justin, a greater Philadelphia native, has a Bachelor of the Arts degree from Syrcause University, and two Master of Sciences degrees from Widener University, in both Taxation and Financial Planning and Forensic Accounting & Analytics. He is veteran who began his career with the United States Air Force, where he was a Captain and a Maintenance Officer. Among his many notable accomplishments during his service, he condensed at 21 day aircraft overhaul process into 14 days.
