Our Project Managers are trained construction professionals who hone their skills through ongoing construction, consulting, and planning assignments.

QUINN BLACKWELL – Owner — founder

Quinn is a life-long Philadelphia who grew up in Northern Liberties, attended Friends Select School, and received a Bachelor of Sciences degree from Temple University. Prior to opening the company, Quinn spent 15 years learning the trade by working in a design-build architectural firm under his mentor, Carl Massara, and doing tenant fit-outs at 2401 Walnut Street. He then shifted his focus to larger projects in real estate development, high-end custom home renovations, and retail and restaurant construction.

Quenten Petit - senior partner -

Quenten Petit, a Temple University graduate, is the Chief Operating Officer of the company and has been with the team for over four years. He leads all estimating and design efforts, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of architectural planning to every project. Quenten’s work has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth into more complex, design-focused builds, and he remains a key force behind the execution and vision of each job.
